Fix Error: 'FilesManager can’t be opened because it...'

1. Open 'System Preferences'

2. Choose 'Security & Privacy' and then click the 'General' tab
3. Click the lock icon in the corner to unlock settings.
4. Look for 'Allow apps downloaded from:'
5. Choose 'App Store and identified developers'
6. Click the lock to prevent further changes.
7. Click 'Open Anyway'

8. You can now launch FilesManager app.

9. Click 'Open'
