Continued use of the Mobile Application will constitute acceptance of these Terms of Use, as may be amended from time to time.

General Conditions

• You agree that you will not post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any text, data, graphics, images, photos and videos (“Content”) that : (i) infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (ii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; (iii) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive.
• You understand that We uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Mobile Application.
• You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Mobile Application or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Mobile Application.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, reverse engineer, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Mobile Application, use of the Mobile Application, or access to the Mobile Application without the express written permission by us.

Free Trial

• We may offer free trial subscriptions during which you may use the Mobile Application for the time period specified in the promotional offer (“Trial Period”). Free trials subscriptions are only available once.

Refunds

Except as provided by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you purchase any digital content from Mobile Application, any right you may have to withdraw from or cancel the purchase will terminate once the digital content has been delivered to you upon your request, and you will not be entitled to claim any refund.
